The products are sold through major online channels in India such as Amazon India / USA / Canada, Flipkart, etc.


Finovista (www.finovista.com) is a leading global Service Provider based in India, specializing in Technical Assistance, Program Management, Capacity Building, and In-country Representation in key development sectors. The expertise lies in sectors crucial to sustainability and global development, including climate change, clean energy, clean cooking, and climate finance.


The company is working on turn-key projects and is looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who are willing to be a part of the organization’s growth path. Individuals should be responsible for their tasks and be accustomed to working in similar roles. Demonstrable experience of handling projects in a leadership position would be preferred. The individual would be working from Office based in New Delhi, India.


Key Responsibilities


  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including processing invoices, managing payments, and addressing customer/vendor inquiries.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets.
  • Maintain and update financial records.
  • Managing the Accounting and Compliances of sales through the E-commerce channels in India and International Market.
  • Aid in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.


Qualifications


  • Work Experience: 1 - 3 Years
  • Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
  • Experience to handle Multiple Assignments
  • Maintaining Reports
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, Tally, ZOHO Finance & MS excel
  • Experiences in Compliances viz GST Returns, TDS, TCS, Annual Compliances of MCA and others
